Editorial on green chemistry policy activities

The following article was published today, and I think it's an interesting discussion. My thoughts are somewhat different than the author, but the general spirit is aligned about effective policymaking.


Bad headline, but interesting article about the policy process, and the lack of coordination. I tend to err on encouraging state activity, as it drives federal policy faster and more effectively than a 'preempt states and let Congress act' approach, which leads to slow, least-common-denominator policy.
